Refund & Return Policy
All sales on Print It Decals are final. Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless otherwise stated below.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact our support team within 3 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and evaluated. Requests submitted after this time frame may not be honored.
Multiple Orders
Print It Decals is unable to combine, modify, or add to orders once they have been placed. Please review your shopping cart carefully before completing checkout to ensure you have selected the correct scale, quantity, and products.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept order cancellations at any time. Orders move quickly into production, and cancellation requests slow fulfillment for all customers.
Refused or Returned Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or returned to Print It Decals, no credit or refund will be issued. If you wish to have the package reshipped, additional shipping charges will be invoiced and must be paid in full before reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Print It Decals is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout. Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before submitting an order.
Distributed / Non-Print It Decals Products
Print It Decals is not liable for damaged, missing, or incorrect parts, pieces, graphics, or components of any non–Print It Decals branded product. This includes, but is not limited to, model kits, paints, or accessories from other manufacturers (such as MCW Finishes, Tamiya, Salvinos Jr Models, etc.). Any issues with these products must be addressed directly with the original manufacturer.
Decal Graphic Errors or Inaccuracies
Print It Decals is not the designer of the decals offered on this website and is not responsible for graphic inaccuracies, errors, or omissions. Any issues related to decal artwork must be brought directly to the attention of the decal designer.
Model Paints & Restricted Products
Print It Decals does not ship paints, decal setting solutions, or related products outside of the United States.
If an order contains non-shippable items to a restricted location, the non-shippable portion of the order will be refunded without refund of shipping costs. If an entire order consists solely of non-shippable items, the order will be canceled and refunded minus a minimum 15% cancellation fee.
Custom Printing Orders
All custom printing orders are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. Files are printed exactly as submitted at the time of order.
Print It Decals will not alter submitted artwork. If necessary, we may rearrange a sheet for production purposes; however, we are not responsible for missing, cropped, incorrect, or improperly formatted graphics for any reason.
If a submitted file exceeds the purchased sheet size, the file will be printed as supplied, which may result in portions of the artwork being cut off. At our discretion, we may rearrange the layout to fit the selected sheet size or maximize usable space.
Print It Decals reserves the right to invoice for any remaining balance due, plus an administrative fee of no less than $5, if additional work or materials are required.
If a custom printing order does not meet our printing requirements, Print It Decals reserves the right to either:
- Print the file as submitted, or
- Cancel the order with a 25% cancellation fee.
