Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Most Print It Decals orders are produced and shipped as quickly as possible after purchase. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product type, and whether the order includes custom printing.
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS. Available shipping options are displayed at checkout and may include:
- USPS Ground Advantage
- USPS Priority Mail
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. USPS delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
International shipping is available on select products. Shipping rates vary by destination country and are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by their destination country. These fees are not included in shipping charges.
Restricted Products
Paints, decal setting solutions, and related products are not shipped outside of the United States.
If an order includes both shippable and non-shippable items, the non-shippable portion will be refunded without refund of shipping costs. If an order consists entirely of non-shippable items, the order will be canceled and refunded minus a cancellation fee as outlined in our Refund Policy.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Print It Decals is not liable for packages shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
Delivered, Lost, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is accepted by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Orders marked as “Delivered” by USPS are considered successfully delivered.
Print It Decals is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Returned or Refused Shipments
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, no refund will be issued. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges must be paid in full before the order is resent.
