1 star rating simply for the lack of communication. I placed an order by accident and sent an email less than 24 hours later requesting a cancellation. No one responded back to me. I sent a second email a couple days later and yet again, no one responded back to me. Order was shipped out a few days after my second email. To top it off, it’s now been two weeks since the order was delivered and not a single email response from you guys. Absolutely terrible customer service.
